Vortex Training Solutions have been working with First Utility on their Ignite Customer Service Programme, providing them with Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships in customer Service, Business Administration and Team Leading.
The programme looks at improving effectiveness within workplace and has included modules on health and safety, team working, 5S workplace organisation, quality assurance
and problem solving.
Initially the Ignite programme has focused on employees customer orientated roles – such as the contact centre where they would be in contact with hundred of customers
or potential customers every day.

Vortex Training Solutions have been working with Bluebird Care on their Academy Programme. The program is split into two levels.
The first part, providing them with training and elearning to up-skill their current workforce, and to ensure that they embed a learning and personal development culture.
The second part, to deliver Apprenticeship standards in Level 2 Adult Care worker, Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker, Level 3 Business Administrator, Level 2 Team Leader/Manager, and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager.
